Loans for factory-assembled, transportable homes
A Manufactured Home is a structure that is assembled in a factory that is made to be transportable in one or more sections. In order to be classified as real estate, a manufactured home must have a permanent foundation built to FHA standards and must be considered a “permanent dwelling”.
We offer both purchase and refinancing options for manufactured homes using Conventional, FHA, VA, & Rural Development loans for single-wide, double-wide, and triple-wide homes.
A popular program that we offer for the purchasing of manufactured loans is a one-time close loan that allows for the purchase of the manufactured home from the dealership and purchase of land simultaneously. This loan allows to set up the hard and soft costs.
